Why Having a Continuity Program is Crucial to Your Business

Micro business owners (solo to 10 employees) come to me often feeling frustrated because they are working hard and not seeing results. There are lots of reasons this could be happening and often the business owner will tell me that all they need is more clients. The problem is often not what it seems. The reality is that they are selling one key product or service and it’s a one-time sale.  Once the client is done with the product or service, the business owner is working frantically to get the next client. The client is not staying and buying again and again.

One of the best ways to build client loyalty,  increase sales and create loyal fans is through continuity programs. In fact if you sell any kind of service or knowledge based product, your business will not grow significantly until you have one.
