Turn Your Entrepreneurial Passion into Profits and Prosperity

Having a No Excuses Policy

One thing I’ve learned is that once you become your own boss, its very easy to make excuses as to why you aren’t doing those tasks which you know will have a real impact on your success.  After all, no one is telling you what projects to work on and how to spend your time.  It becomes easy to make excuses regarding how you’re spending your time. Do you work all day, yet sometimes feel like you haven’t made any real progress?

What about needing help? I’ve seen many people who knew they needed help but didn’t get it. They were hoping they’d figure it out themselves but because it was just too daunting, they did nothing.

You are now your own boss and what you do each hour of the day will determine how successful you become.

I hope you’ll take a minute to watch this coaching tips video. It may make a real difference.

This is excellent advice Janis. I think a lot a business owners make excuses for not getting “things” done and it ultimately impacts their bottom-line. This is something that I focus on everyday, and have been getting so much better with not procrastinating .

Keep sharing your wisdom with other Janis.

    Cheers,
